Refund & Return Policy

At Lampshire Design Co., we are committed to providing high-quality clothing and a great customer experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final (No Returns)

We do not accept returns on any items. Once an order has been placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Store Credit Refunds (50%)

While we do not accept returns, we may offer a 50% refund in the form of store credit under the following conditions:

Your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional are not eligible for store credit.

If your request is approved, you will receive store credit equal to 50% of the original purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Store credit will be issued electronically and can be used on future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at mailto:lampshiredesignco@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
